2. Description of Service REWEBY is a shipping integration tool that allows users to integrate various shipping carriers into their e-commerce platforms or applications. The Service provides features such as tracking shipments, printing shipping labels, managing orders, and other related functionalities.
3. User Registration To use certain features of REWEBY, you may be required to create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property Rights HITSTACKS retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all associated intellectual property rights. You may not modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service, unless expressly permitted by applicable law.
5. Payment and Subscription Some features of REWEBY may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of the Service as described in our pricing and payment terms. Failure to pay fees may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
6. User Obligations When using REWEBY, you agree to: a) Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Agreement. b) Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with its intended functions. c) Not transmit any viruses, malware, or other harmful code. d) Not interfere with the security or functionality of the Service or any related system.
7. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, HITSTACKS and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Service.
8. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold HITSTACKS harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service, violation of this Agreement, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
9. Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to REWEBY at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you by this Agreement will immediately cease.
10. Privacy We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using REWEBY, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Modifications to the Agreement We may modify this Agreement at any time, and the updated version will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
12. Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and HITSTACKS regarding the Service and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
